Suggested Use:
Mix one level scoop with 8-10 oz. of cold water immediately after exercise or take one serving upon waking on non-workout days. For accelerated results, load this product by taking it 4 times per day for the first, five days, in approximately four-hour intervals. Then reduce to one serving a day, immediately after exercise.
Warnings:
